TN Politics: Checking in on the First Day of Early Voting

After a flurry of legal proceedings this week, it came to this: a Chancery Court judge determined that the Shelby County Election Commission's plan for the first days of early voting discriminated against African Americans.

Today, early voters hit the polls with last-minute changes in place, including the opening of additional locations for a total of five. Also, all 27 sites will open Tuesday instead of Wednesday. Click here for a list.
